Jalen was a three-year letterman at New Albany High School. Prior to graduating in 2013, he was named First Team All-OCC (2012 & 2013), OCC-Capital Division Player of the Year, District 10 Player of the Year, First Team All District, and 3rd Team All-Ohio. Jalen went on to play D1 Basketball for American University in Washington, DC. After graduating in 2017 with a B.S. in Business Administration, Jalen returned to Central Ohio to begin his coaching and training career.

ABOUT: Nate was All-Conference at Mason High School and went on to play four years at Denison University. After graduating he worked as the Assistant Director for Wisconsin Academy Basketball. Nate returned to Ohio in 2023 to join Denison University's coaching staff and be the Director of AAU Programs here at REP Fieldhouse.

ABOUT: Devaughn was 1st team All Conference at Huron High in Detroit and played college basketball for Jackson Community College and Tiffin university. He has coached alongside top basketball trainers, worked for James Harden's AAU Team, and trained for youth basketball programs including Upward and Athletes in Action.

Daniel is a graduate of Northridge High School and Ohio State University. He has multiple years of coaching experience within basketball and football across the middle school, high school, and AAU club level. Additionally, he has in-depth knowledge of the collegiate athletics recruitment process from experience within a high-level athletic recruitment platform.

ABOUT: D'Andre is from Middletown, Ohio but played high school basketball for 3 years at Westerville Central. After playing overseas in Portugal and Cape Verde (Africa), he started private basketball training in 2018. D'Andre has also assistant coached and trained multiple league champion teams such as Tree of Life Middle School.

Nigel is an alumni of Wellsillve High School where he received honors for First Team All OVAC. He continued his career at Community College of Allegheny County in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After returning to Ohio, he earned a Sports Management degree from Columbus State. Nigel has trained or coached at many talent levels from elementary trough high school. He also worked closely with collegiate and pro level athletes.
